LTIMindtree launches GCC-as-a-Service platform to scale global capability centers

LTIMindtree launched its GCC-as-a-Service offering on July 1, 2025, targeting organisations looking to establish or scale Global Capability Centers. The integrated platform combines AI-powered solutions with industry expertise to help enterprises build, operate, transform, and transfer GCC operations.

The service operates on a per-seat or per-service pricing model designed for cost optimisation. LTIMindtree’s offering encompasses four core areas: Build services provide end-to-end support for entity setup, legal compliance, and infrastructure development in major global cities. Operate services include transition management, program governance, and delivery excellence enhanced by the company’s Talent Engage platform and Shoshin AI-based learning system.

Transform services offer industry-specific solutions and access to LTIMindtree’s AI studios across the US, Europe, and India, along with the BlueVerse Agentic AI Ecosystem. Transfer services cover structured transitions including talent migration and capability handover.

“GCCs are becoming strategic centers for industry-specific transformation and efficiency,” said Venu Lambu, CEO and Managing Director of LTIMindtree. The company positions the service as enabling enterprises to evolve GCCs into global innovation hubs.

LTIMindtree, a Larsen & Toubro Group company, serves over 700 clients globally with 84,000 professionals across 40+ countries.

The shares of LTIMindtree closed flat today on the NSE at ₹5,320.
